This PR applies the Duke medium changes from JETSCAPE PR 268, except for the MusicWrapper.cc changes.
@Hendrik1704 Similar to X-SCAPE PR #47, I've marked this PR as a draft due to the difficulty integrating the JETSCAPE changes into the diverged X-SCAPE MusicWrapper.
