Thanks for the initial work on getting things updated here @jwhite66! I've left a few comments with some links to the software you couldn't find so we can merge this mostly complete.
Thanks for Thomas Dick for the insight on logging in to NI to see ofline links, and for hunting down the Studica link. For Rev Hardware Client V2, on closer inspection, it looks as though the .zip file download is both versioned and the full installer, so I've used that. Also update to VSCode 1.105.1 based on Thomas Dicks' reasoning.

I find it's useful to our team to have these files downloaded, so I thought I'd do an initial update.
Note that I did not find offline installers for the new NI pieces, which may just be my failuire.
