So I did 2 commits:
The first commit works on its own but I am not sure it tests what it should.
For the second one I made sur every certificate that was in the original content stores were in the new ones. That is why the are "actas" certificates. I am not sure if it is needed these days.
I updated the generateScript in both cases.
