This model represents an exploratory cost-effectiveness analysis of mCRC subtyping and associated treatment. Programmed in R, this is a Markov model with deterministic and probabilistic methods developed to estimate cost-effectiveness in chronic disease care. This software is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, which means that anyone can use, modify, and share it, as long as they reference the original model with its URL and DOI, release their work under the same license, and indicate any changes. This software is not intended for commercial use, but it can be used for research and educational purposes.
