Overall the resulting pages aren't quite as nice as with mkdocs-material, but it's acceptable, so we can go forward with this.
There's still some work left to do. The build with MKDocs can be removed and the Doxyfile still needs cleanup. It seems to be a copy of the one from KDSoap, which doesn't entirely make sense in the context of KDBindings.
