Thank you @KotlinIsland for pushing the Overton window on typecheckers, showing us that we didn't have to suffer the scourge of mypy. While I never actually used the project since I always preferred pyright's fundamental approach to Unknown vs Any over mypy's, I always wished I could use your based features in pyright (and later basedpyright), especially bare literals.
