Description

This PR updates contracts to use eigenlayer-middleware v0.2.1.

NOTE: It modifies the deployment script to dynamically retrieve the rewardsCoordinator address using the path .addresses.rewardsCoordinator from the eigenlayerDeployedContracts configuration:
