Issue 61 Cleanup Celestial Wizard Hat and Bordered Bandana, Add Head Assets to All Frames

I was working on trying to add some fixes to a handful of existing assets, ended up doing a lot more than I anticipated. Added a bunch of stuff with lpctools:

1. Added Brain Wound to All Animations
2. Added Mouth Wound to All Animations
3. Added Eye Wound to All Animations
4. Renamed Eye Wound to Right Eye Wound
5. Added Left Eye Wound (flipped from Right Eye Wound)
6. Replaced Mail Helmet With Napsio's Version
7. Renamed Feather Cap Back to Leather Cap (Napsio is using this name, so I changed it for consistency)
8. Pulled Napsio's Version of Bordered Bandana (aka Simple Bandana) to fix repalette issues
9. Renamed Misc Magic Hats to Large Magic Hat
10. Added Napsio's Version of Celestial Wizard Hat (w/Recolors)
11. Added Napsio's Version of Celestial Moon Wizard Hat (w/Recolors)
12. Added Secondary Colors to Both Celestial Hats (just the gold colors; they now have an overlay)
13. Replaced Links to My Hat Assets Release on OGA With a Shorter URL (https://opengameart.org/content/lpc-expanded-hats-facial-helmets)

Fixes the following issues:

2. fixes Starry Wizard Hats Missing on Climb jrconway3/Universal-LPC-Spritesheet-Character-Generator#40
