Draft PR for Laguna DDTree/DFlash verification optimization work. Adds cached verify graph plumbing, GPU-resident top-k/argmax/projection helpers, parent-id tree mask inputs, lazy DDTree path, fused draft/chain projection hooks, and updates the ggml submodule to the matching tree-attention branch.
