Added documentation for the new desktop app OAuth behavior introduced in PR #1870, where authorization flows now open in the system browser instead of inside the Electron app.

docs/inspector/guided-oauth.mdx— Added a new "Desktop app behavior" section explaining that the authorization step opens in the system browser, users see a "Continue in MCPJam Desktop" handoff page after approving, and the desktop app resumes the OAuth flow automatically once the callback is received.
