Minor fixes to the CoC

Changes made in this Pull Request:

This PR fixes links not rendering correctly on the CoC page on the MDA website, including:

• Explicitly linking URLs of the NF CoC
• Fixing an internal link to the How to Report section

Additionally, there was a minor typo where MDAnalysis was written as "MDanalysis".
