I think this might be the last thing for the MATLAB alignment: in the MATLAB code, the assumption is that engines run in idle during descent, so there is no fuel burn for deceleration. We were using the same calculation as for climb, which made a very small difference to the fuel consumption in the descent phase. This PR brings things into line with the MATLAB code.
