🛠 Description de la PR
Cette PR, suite de la #1438, ajoute l'export des sites avec la donnée de dernière mise à jour du nombre d'habitants:
L'export d'une fiche site, au format Word, inclus maintenant une colorisation dynamique des indicateurs de date de dernière mise à jour (global) et de dernière mise à jour du nombre d'habitants en suivant la colorisation du badge de la plateforme.
