Add some new data to /tournaments/finished
Add /players_with_pantheon_account so that we can debug it
Update pantheon ids command now can copy ids from ids that were filled earlier if it's the same player
Update trueskill command now matches players by slug (the same changes were committed to mahjong-skill repository). No more manual fixes, if portal has the correct data, rating is calculated correctly. If there's something to fix manually, it will always be the portal data.
