System Requirements

Functional Requirements:

REQ1

The system shall enable employer to create account on the Login page. (priority: high, traceability: UC1)

REQ2

The system shall enable employer to log in to the system using their email and password on the Login page.

REQ3

The system shall enable employer to view a list of students supervised by that employer currently or in the past. (priority: high, traceability: UC2)

REQ4

The system shall enable employer to access individual student's profile.

REQ5

The system shall enable employer to download the student evaluation form in the form of PDF documents.

REQ6

The system shall enable employer to upload the student evaluation form in the form of PDF documents. (priority: high, traceability: UC4)

REQ7

The system shall enable employer to download enrollment required documents (proof of co-op placement and tax credit forms) in the form of PDF documents.

REQ8

The system shall enable employer to view upcoming events. (priority: high, traceability: UC5)

REQ9

The system shall provide employer the link to the tax credit form instructions.

REQ10

The system shall enable employer to confirm the student co-op status. (priority: high, traceability: UC3)

Non-Functional Requirements:

REQ11

The system shall load student profile within 10 seconds after request.

REQ12

The system shall allow employer to log in within 5 seconds after request.

REQ13

The system shall be able to be familiarized by user within 15 minutes of reading the instruction.

REQ14

The system shall have a rate of failure occurrence within 10%.

REQ15

The system shall have less than 1hr downtime per month.
