Line 19, 21, 25, 29 - The assistance should not requested from Mews Support, rather from the property.

Line 54 - We are not receiving documentation, but the partner is approving our public help article instead.

Line 7 - We should mention, as the first step, that the technical details need to be first confirmed with our team as well; they need to share the Pilot property. Only after that can the next step (Line 9) continue. For now, we are sharing the technical details in an email, but soon, they will be shared in the Partner Portal. Therefore, just a generic information that technical details needs to be confirmed by partner.
