Final discord.js V12 release.

From now on I will try my hardest to update the bot to discord.js V13.
Many months have passed and the bot is at a level of refinement that I am happy with. Everything is working and is very well optimized.

New month new version! (2.6.0)

The 2.6.0 patch offers some new (relatively big) changes:

• Logging:
  the whole logging of commands from the bot has been overhauled to include more information in order to debug certain issues.

• Removal of unneeded commands:
  Certain commands such as HTTP and inspire have been merged together into one generate command.

• The covid-info command was implemented. It is still currently in testing phase meaning it is not officially released but do feel free to have a look around!

• Smaller errors were fixed along with commands.md being populated with new commands

Basic master release

This release is the main "barebone" version of Pal. It is the base version pal will work off and all updates will be on top of this basic version.
