About The Pull Request
This PR adds platforms made of thick steel rods. They drop some steel scraps when destroyed.
Sprites by Conundrum.
Why It's Good For The Game
Add some flavor as an alternative to catwalks.
Testing
On West/East platforms, the character appears to walk in the air but that's unavoidable except if all characters are shifted by a few pixels to center them on the turfs.
