Numpy 1.x will be EOL in 8 months (https://scientific-python.org/specs/spec-0000/). It's currently also difficult to depend on cellpose because many other packages have already moved far beyond Numpy 1.
Would it be possible to please unpin Numpy or at least support versions 2.x?

For us Mac users it would be great if we could get Numpy 2.X support for 3.0.11 as this is the last version currently running on the MPS backend. Here as far as I can tell numpy is still pinned <2.0.
