Attempt to merge in the far-too-long-living absorm-fsm branch, that once started as path-attributes-builder .
The move of src/addr.rs to the separate inetnum crate seems to prohibit an automatic merge, but let's see.

- make 'bgp' (including flowspec) the default feature flag
