New this Release
A NCEP local use parameter, FOG (LWC), is added to Table 4.2-0-6 for defining fog intensity in REFS products.

PRATE abbreviations (for NCEP use) for the new WMO PRATE parameters added to Tables 4.2-0-15 and 4.2-0-16 are updated so that there are no duplicate entries.

RADARVIL is now defined as parameter 192 in [Table 4.2-0-15]

• TCOLP is added as a NCEP local use field, parameter 237 in [Table 4.2-0-1]

4 new fields (hourly max composite reflectivity, hourly max 1-min average precip rate, hourly max 5-min average precip rate, 10-min average precip rate) are requested to be added to MPAS UPP grib2 output. MAXREFC is added to [Table 4.2-0-16] and the PRATE fields are added to [Table 4.2-0-1]

• 2 generating process IDs are changed and 1 new generating process ID has been added to ON388 - Table A:

Artificial Intelligence Global Forecast System (AIGFS) - 137 - this was previously defined as MLGFS
Artificial Intelligence Global Ensemble Forecast System (MLGEFS) - 138 - this was previously defined as MLGEFS
Hybrid Global Ensemble Forecast System (HGEFS) - 139 - this is a new entry
