This PR adds the bashrun2 program, which is an application launcher based on a modified bash session in a small terminal window.

You'll need someone with the commit bit to actually get this merged. My suggestion would be to find someone from the nixpkgs commit log who has recently merged something similar, and ping/request a review from them
