- fix postresql migration, because they lock since net9 and this doesn't work with our migration system
- migrate to new slnx format because it is more beautiful
- added very simple non tests to debug migration behaviour
- fix scoped semaphore tests, because the old syntax was not just deprecated, but outright removed
- use official mysql ef core provider instead of pomelo, because pomelo has no support for ef core 10 yet and seems to be at a developing stand still
