Version 2.0.0 can set the seed and generate deterministic results

Version 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 were not working ...
Quay has made contnairs with version 2.0.3 : https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/parsnp?tab=tags
I had made a 2.0.3 version that works also with docker - but curiously fails with singularity ... seems some dependencies are not follwoing during conversion from docker to singularity (this might be the same we apptainer).

(numpy was not following).

So, I think you should just test it and hope it works. Let me know if it does not.
