This change allows to select a specific report name for the pdf being included in the eBill sent. No parameters in the UI, yet. Because not sure how this should be handled.
Fix the invoice report included in the XML file that contains twice the QR for the payment. This is because since Odoo 16, the `l10n_ch` addon override the method `_render_qweb_pdf_prepare_streams` to include the QR report any invoice report if possible.

First commit is a forward port of #757 from version 16.
The 2nd commit fixes the pdf included in the XML (it contains the QR code twice)
