Substance DDS Mipmap Exporter v0.1.0-alpha Pre-release

This marks the first release of the DDS with mimap exporter plugin for Substance Designer.

This version utilizes Binomial's crunch as modified by Unity-Technologies for compression and mipmap generation of exported files.
It comes with a GUI that largely resembles Designer's own export dialog and a toolbar for quick access.

Please note that this version hasn't been fully tested. Take precautions before using.
