pnpm run version will add an empty linebreak to changelogs for some reason #1795

Check this PR

• It's a new adaptor
• The adaptor had a release date in the changelog
• Mtuchi ran pnpm run version
• The version script added a linebreak to the end of the changelog

This same diff meant that on merging to main, a new commit was created - even though there's no meaningful difference.

I think there are two solutions:

• Don't generate the whitespace in the version script (are we in control of this?)
• Ignore whitespace when committing in the publish action (I think there's a flag for this)
