Reworked entry-editor disable behavior and styleguide

• Reworked the whole disabling behavior of the entry editor
  • Controls get not disabled anymore when readonly (control still works eg. selecting text, but cannot be edited, style stays activated)
  • Implemented readonly in different components
  • Introduced lock-icon if readonly but editor is in edit-mode
  • Harmonized style of hints in all controls correctly
• Reworked style end encapsulation of style in entry-editor
• Applied the same style guide requirements to ngx-moryx-web
