Added the Allowed values of the imageVersion, since the previous version are obsolete and are not working anymore. "8.0.17", "8.1.0", "8.1.9", "9.0.1", "9.0.4", "9.1.0"

Description
The older versions are not available on Azure for deployment rendering this template not usable.
