All the ISO codes added to this file are correct according to the following website https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/fr/#iso:code:3166:GY
- Ok for the international metric system. Thank you for sharing an official source.

Added <states> (regions) tag according to ISO 3166-2 (https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:GY).
Also updated distance units to metric system. (Metric system was adopted in 2001 Guayana according to the Guayana National Bureau Of Standards site administered by the Ministry of Tourism, Industry and Commerce https://gnbsgy.org/metrology/international-system-of-units/)
