Does the rocket ship logo still take you to Project Pythia binder, not necessarily for the Cookbook image? Do we need to say anything clarifying that?

Updated instructions for launching notebooks on the Pythia Binder, with some links to screenshots in Foundations.
This PR also adds the
url:field for the Pythia binder to themyst.ymlfile, which will display the correct URL as a suggestion in the Binder launch drop-down when the user clicks the rocket ship button.
