Changes:

Updated data for endless-sky v0.10.11 and updated supported plugins data.
Fixed the save warning missions not being compatible with new game versions.
Added support for 2 more plugins.
Added 2 new RTF systems for new vanilla space regions.
Fixed the God Turret not being efficient against all ships the same.
Added a God Disabling Turret that does not destroy ships.
Re-outfitted the Quick Starter to have asteroid scanning capabilities and better cooling.
Added more scanning capabilities to the God Scanner.
Removed RTF prefix from outfit names, to make them more readable.
Fixed a bunch of warnings.
Other minor fixes.
