Pipeline Dockerfile
To download the pipeline as a docker file, download the config.json along with the pipeline_2.zip. The file has been split into three parts and can be merged using apps like 7zip.

Example Data
Download the B5_contra_RB_cmp.tif to run the pipeline, using this file as example data.
