This is version does not work as readily with WINDOWS and you may need a manual intervention
for the installation of wget and 7zip but the rest should be fine. For WineDows users this version should
be pretty plug and play, just refer to the tests/sample_data/config.lua for the config spec (SUBJECT TO CHANGE!!!)
