Resolves issue #148
Updated the pictures in Installation.md to reflect installation of Espressif Toolchain v5.2 for Windows
Updated the installation instructions for Windows to create a Project Folder in the Home directory instead of the Desktop.
Updated installation instructions for Windows to use ESP IDF 5.2 PowerShell instead of CMD and updated the pictures for those as well.
