Do you mean the workflow file,
or the file that is placed in the root directory?

I tried to follow the Zizmor configuration documentation,
but those configurations are about restricting the analysis —
unless you meant creating a workflow config file instead.

And if I want to set Zizmor’s own configuration without any restrictions, it should be like this:

zizmor.yml:

rules: {}

[jbampton]
