die Teilnehmer installieren die requirements.txt nicht. Sie gehen so vor wie hier beschrieben:

Ich kann das fuer Dich auf Deinem Branch anpassen. Ok?
Ausserdem kommen mit diesem PR eine txt-Datei und ein Jupter Notebook. Ist das intentional? Haben wir das Copyright fuer die capitals.txt Datei?
