This PR adds the Airbyte Declarative Manifest Spec to the SchemaStore.org JSON Schema repository.

The specific yaml format described here allows its users to define Airbyte sources entirely in yaml.

TODO:

  • Need to confirm if our yaml-formatted JSON Schema will work with the schemastore.org repository (and the tools that use it).
  • Need to confirm our 'refs' are able to be followed by the parsers.

I have a temporary JSON version of the JSON Schema here for testing:
