In the docu it is not mentioned which solvers support mass matrices

At https://docs.sciml.ai/DiffEqDocs/stable/solvers/ode_solve/ a lot of solvers are listed, but most of them do not support mass matrices. It is not documented which of the solvers do and which don't. Mass matrices are required if you use ModellingToolkit.
