Added support for Categories

• Each DraftOption now has a category
• Each Turn has a list of allowed categories (define multiple in the Preset Editor by concatenating them with | )
• For each category, a total limit for picks and bans can be defined
• This limit can be reset with the RESET_CL Admin turn (for "Reset Category Limits")
• By default, each DraftOption has the default category, each Turn may use the default category, and there are no limits defined
