Describe the bug

I am still not quite sure when this occurs as this does not happen on a fresh map, my best guess is it has something to do with the amount of entities present on the map, but in some cases on larger maps the "FireUserX" inputs can appear repeated in the Input box. The times it repeats remains the same, even after reloading the file, and it is not even across the 4 FireUserX inputs. Here is an example:

Additionally, if you look at the inputs of an instance first, then look at the inputs of another entity, the inputs for the instance opened before remain when looking at the new entity. Here is a video demonstrating this:

To Reproduce

  1. Open any large VMF file
  2. Create an output for any entity pointing to another entity
  3. scroll to the FireUserX inputs
  4. Observe bug 1
  5. Create another output towards an instance with inputs
  6. Open the input dropdown
  7. Open the input dropdown for another entity
  8. Observe bug 2
