Thanks very much for the contribution! We have just upgraded the underlying dependency to TEN framework, would you please help to refine it so that we're able to merge it? Here's things need to change:

• rebase main
• rename rte -> ten, RteEnv -> TenEnv
• rename send_pcm_frame -> send_audio_frame, on_pcm_frame -> on_audio_frame
