  • SPEC/DESIGN compliant: All acceptance criteria implemented as per spec and design document
  • ERRORS fully handled: All possible error conditions / validations checked and handled gracefully
  • TEST Unit 100%: 100% unit test coverage for all significant logic functions, with 100% pass rate
  • TEST All high cases: All HIGH test cases executed and passing
  • TEST All API cases: All API test scenarios automated
  • TEST on actual hardware: Code work on actual hardware (e.g., HL2)
  • CODE Static analysis passed: No Linting errors
  • LEAD reviewed: Design, code, test run and runtime reviewed by a lead, in-person
  • MERGE to main: Code merged to main branch
  • TEST main: Code tested on main branch after merge (use actual hardware if possible)
