Windows users expect .zip files rather than .tar.gz. When the target platform is "windows", mktarball now produces a .zip archive using archive/zip instead of tar+gzip. Assisted-by: Claude Opus 4.6 via Claude Code Signed-off-by: Xe Iaso <me@xeiaso.net>
