Release v1.0.2 : save settings and favicon FTW

• no need to use system props anymore: kit path, license path, #stripe, #server, #offheaps, #dataroots, reconnect window are all saved into ${user.home}/.tinypounder/config.properties
• fixing the duplicate EOL in the console
• fixing mainConsole not focusing at the end of a command
• few bug fixes : cache creation UI, fix for refresh and close button
• favicon !!!
