They are picked up by linuxdeploy-plugin-native_packages to generate wrappers in /usr/bin.
Not really needed, but it won't harm either.

Preparation for the upcoming 3.0.0 release.
Fixes #632, #622, #621, possibly more issues (needs to be evaluated later on; I just checked the first page tonight).
