Updated to 1.21.4
Added support for the reworked custom_model_data component for 1.21.4 servers
- If custom-model-data is an integer, then the component will be {floats=123}
- If custom-model-data is a string, then the component will be {strings="custom"}
- Note that resource packs from 1.21.4 and later are incompatible with resource packs from before 1.21.4
New servers will use a string custom model data by default
The plugin will print a warning if it is configured to create a CIT-based resource pack but the nugget item has no enchantments
Fixed an issue where the plugin generates a zipped resource pack that clients would silently fail to read

Generated resource pack now ships with the same pack format as the server (up to 1.20.5)

This update isn't required, the previous version runs correctly on 1.20.5.

Although 1.20.5 added components to recipes, the inputs of recipes still cannot have components, so a plugin (rather than a datapack) is still required. If fully data-driven recipes are added, then this plugin will be converted to a datapack.
