Fix: fixed gravisuit crashing when cofh core isn't installed.

Semifix: "fixed" the gravitool crash by disabling it entirely for now.

Know issue: the gravitool currently doesn't require the lossless version of the precision wrench.
Also the Advanced chainsaw isn't complete(as in it only really cuts log stacks up to a certain height, not actual trees.)
