What areas do you propose needs enhancement or improvement?

We currently have no clear purpose for opening the action plans data, as it is an internal mechanism for keeping track of labs' work. Concurrently, the entire lab network is shifting towards open R&D, with one hope being that opening our data will help tap into scaling mechanisms outside of UNDP.

This proposal is inspired by the North Carolina Project Portal where state agencies post research question to be investigated with external partners.
