@cristian-sandru can you post here one the service feature set for this is live (or we have a temporary fix where the client's still handle client connection redistribution but the service disconnect redistribution logic has been updated to handle the child hierarchy side of things)?

This pertains to PR-3203 but should only be merged and made available one the live service handles this or has been adjusted to handle the disconnect portion of this.
